Omniah Enterprise LLP operates as a holding platform for a portfolio of ventures, each built with a defined mandate and supported by a shared approach to governance, execution and long-term value creation. The enterprise is designed to build and manage distinct assets and businesses across sectors, with a focus on clarity of structure, operational discipline and sustained performance. Each venture is developed and operated with active involvement, ensuring that strategic direction, execution and oversight remain closely aligned as the portfolio evolves.

The enterprise, led by its Founders, operates across India and the GCC with exposure to global and cross-border environments through advisory and institutional engagements

Co-Founder

Anupama Trigunayat MSc.

Anupama leads legal, compliance and operational oversight across Omniah Enterprise, ensuring that each venture is supported by appropriate governance, structure and continuity. She serves as the creative and strategic lead for the real estate vertical, Amaia Homes. With an established body of work as a painter and a history of exhibitions across cultural platforms, her perspective informs the design direction, aesthetic identity and overall positioning of the portfolio.

Co-Founder

Akankhsha Trigunayat, MSc., GMP

Akankhsha leads the strategic direction of Omniah Enterprise, including venture development, portfolio expansion and capital participation across the platform. She also serves as Managing Consultant and Lead Advisor across the Advisory and Capital Ventures verticals, bringing over 15 years of experience in management consulting across India, the GCC, Asia-Pacific and North Africa. Her work focuses on complex transformation, financial performance and operating model environments with an execution led approach to delivery.
